Stay Home Today for a Brighter Tomorrow!

Skagit Roofing stay homeWith respect to the health of our community, our customers, our staff and our families, Skagit Roofing will stand down from engaging in roof replacements and work only at limited capacity to provide estimates and emergency service work for our customers.

Skagit Roofing will provide bids while working within safe operating practices during Covid-19 as defined by the State of Washington. Through satellites and other technologies, we have developed no-contact methods to estimate jobs with aerial imaging of your roof, photo sharing, and communicating with you, our valued customers, via phone, text, email, and Facebook messaging.

We've used the motto "Safety First" for many years, but in the era of COVID-19 it takes on a whole new meaning.   On March 28, 2020, we celebrated our 30-year anniversary of the founding of Skagit Roofing.  We could never have imagined a challenge such as the one we all now face. Yet, we are determined to continue to serve our community in these difficult times.

We hope many of you can stay home today, to ensure a brighter tomorrow. And to our brave doctors, nurses, medical workers, first responders, grocery workers, truck drivers and other essential personnel on the frontlines, Team Skagit Roofing says THANK YOU! Washington State- We got this!

Cash to Foodbanks Biggest Impact

SKAGIT ROOFING is a proud supporter of our local Food Banks and Meals on Wheels programs. What we've learned?  Cash donations can be the biggest help. Here's  Why? Rather than paying retail prices, food bank networks with manufacturers, retailers, and farmers to secure healthy food. This means that when you donate a dollar, you’re able to put more meals on the tables of families than if you donated food you'd purchased at the store. During covid-19, unemployement is soaring, and there is more strain on the foodbanks than before. And if you can help, it's so much easier and safer than shopping, driving and dropping off supplies. Hey Washington State- We got this!

Good Roofs Sell Houses!

sr house for sale2  If you're thinking of selling a home now, or even in the next few years, know that the condition of a home's roof is a big deal! Realtors and Lenders suggest if a roof is near the end of life, it's a great idea to replace it BEFORE putting it on the market.FYI, HUD guidelines for FHA loans say roofs must have at least two years of remaining life. And other lenders don't like the risk of an iffy roof.
